We are a cosmetic distribution company, hiring regional skincare trainers. Our portfolio consists of skincare brands with result driven formulations. A candidate must have strong leadership skills who is able to grasp brands philosophy and protocols with passion and enthusiasm? Train Beauty clinics and centres therapists in assigned brands facial and body treatments.? Manage the trainees post trainings, ensuring that they can perform brands treatments.? Host motivational online trainings, in order to grow sales and enhance the brand image.? Assist in the local events and exhibition.? Deliver new product launches trainings.? Monitor therapists accounts on the online platform, ensuring they follow training paths.? Keeping a record and updating brands products, prices, new launches, marketing materials.? Ability to analyse customer purchase behaviour and communicate it with the therapists & management? To identify and provide feedback for future training needs.? To perform any other assigned trainers job duties as per managements coordination.
