We are looking for a Salon Manager (Russian speaker) who will take full responsibility for opening our new branch and building our dream team in Dubai, UAE. Key responsibilities:

  • Hiring strong and professional team for two divisions (Beauty salon and Clinic)
  • Staff training and coaching
  • Dealing with suppliers, contractors and partners
  • Building business processes from scratch and branch opening
  • Handling daily business operations
  • Maintaining high standards of Customer Service
