Job Description

Note: Please apply only if you have SALON AND SPA MANAGER EXPERIENCE.Position Overview: Salon and Spa managers oversee the daily operations of health and beauty spas. They manage the facilities, equipment, budget and staff and aim to create a relaxing environment for clients.Salon and Spa management tasks and responsibilities: The general tasks and responsibilities of managing a spa include:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This process includes scheduling, facility management, and health and safety
regulations compliance.
  • Hire, train, and manage spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and maintenance workers, to ensure high-quality service.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and promptly resolving any issues.
  • Develop and manage the spas budget, including setting financial goals, monitoring expenditures, and implementing plans to increase profitability.
  • Create and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. This effort may involve social media marketing, special packages,
and partnerships.
  • Manage the spa supplies, products, and equipment inventory, maintain adequate stock levels, and order new supplies as necessary.
  • Regularly evaluate service quality and client satisfaction and make necessary adjustments.
  • Develop long-term goals and business strategies for the spa, identify growth and expansion opportunities, and incorporate industry trends and innovations.
  • Ensure the spa complies with all health regulations and safety standards, including cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Create efficient work schedules for staff and ensure enough staff members are available to meet customer demand.
