Batch Operations Analyst should have skills to perform/execute EODs for Core Banking, Consumer Asset and other satellite applications.They should also have abilities to operator enterprise scheduler application most being used to file processing and other batch operations tasks automation.Key DeliverablesPerform Core Banking (including international locations) and other Tier1/2/3/4 applications EOD process according to the SOPs & work instructions.Execution of ATM Maintenance / Refreshing CAF & PBF jobs on Base24 application.Vigilant console based monitoring of control M and provide L1 support task e.g. rerun the failed jobs, remove conditions, change schedule time etc.Responsible for quick escalation of incidents with respect to IT operations jobs during shifts.Ensure timely delivery of GLIF and reports to Finance and other business units.Transfer & upload the customer statement and cheque book generated during EOD ProcessPrepare EOD statistics for reporting purpose Monitoring Swift Alliance Access Jobs & files transfers through control M and other utilities Prepare shift handover for smooth and error free backlog transfers to the next shift Maintained processing checklist, SOPs & work instruction documentsPerform UAT EOD/SOD for testing and simulations for the new projectsStrict adherence to group policies & bank?s Audit and Compliance requirements.Technical/Functional: Finacle functional & processing knowledge Have good knowledge of enterprise scheduler application Control MIntermediate Unix & Windows O/S knowledge Candidate should have clear monitoring and processing concepts
