We are looking for an energetic part-time Basketball˙and Football Coaches that has a strong teaching practice & demonstrated ability and is passionate, self-motivated, and service-focused. As a Coach, you will have to:? Foster a program that inspires greatness through actions, words, behavior, and accountability.? Be responsible for the children until they are turned over to a parent or guardian before leaving the training session.? Teach sportsmanship, cooperation, work ethic, and responsibility to ones team? Demonstrating drills in the session with high energy.? Assist with maintaining gym rules and regulations.? Provide proposal development advice, and when necessary, coordinate with consultants regarding the sport development.? Consult with management daily? daily reporting and administration requirements.? Reports problems/concerns to supervisor.? Serves as a positive role model for program participants.? Builds and maintains a high standard of member service for all program participants.? Contributes to a positive work environment.? Manage equipment? Perform all other duties as assigned.
