An outgoing, people-friendly personality with an ability to think ?on your feet? during changing situations is also essential.You?ll work closely with the management team to develop constantly evolving service goals.Key ResponsibilitiesYou are a brew enthusiast with a strong knowledge of mixology, wine, beverages and cocktails, which is essential in order to craft FIVE specials that are an integral part of the entertaining FIVE experienceMaster the art of upselling and promoting specials to every customer ? all while have fun with the guests and your colleaguesPrepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systemsMaintain cleanliness of the entire bar unit, including tables, and other tools; following all set-up guidelinesPrepare fresh garnishes for drinksDocument and communicate any incidents/accidents immediately to management during shift or eventRequisition all necessary supplies such as ice, glassware, and paper provisions as per requirements, specifically bottle-for-bottle liquor restock.Transporting supplies from storeroom to bar set-up area as required.Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables and place in designated area.Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs promptly, ensuring no shortages throughout scheduled function time, and ensuring proper authorization for additional payments as required prior to replenishing.Adherence to all service standards and FIVE policiesGuarantee a cost-conscious method of workingParticipation in internal meetings and training coursesTake over from the previous shift and obtain information at the start of the shift on all relevant information on the volume of business, VIP guests, tasks to be clarified and to be completed and special events - or pass this on to the next shiftSafe handling of all the technical equipment to be usedRequirementsWhat We?re Looking ForPositive outlook and outgoing personality with a welcoming and enthusiastic energyYou take pride in offering our guests an exciting and seasonally-inspired beverage menu, a lively conversation, and helpful suggestionsA hands-on approach and flexibility with an inspired ?can-do? work attitudeCommitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passionAbility to find creative solutions while taking ownership for all duties and tasks assignedTeamwork-orientedA positive outlook, outgoing personality and fun-to-work with energyPrevious bartending experience of 1-2 years is a plusFluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatoryProficiency in multiple languages is a bonusBenefitsRewards At Work!
