Participate in the weekly supplies inventory and prepares store requisitions . Be involved in the planning of promotions, and pricing under the supervision of the Assistant Venue Manager and constantly be aware of the outlets cost of sale. . Supervise the daily operation under the set standards and as per the local regulations under the guidance of the Assistant Venue Manager. . Inspect all areas daily before opening according to fixed standard checklist and ensures full adherence of the closing duties. Your experience and skills include: . Service focused personality is essential . Previous experience in a similar role is an asset .
