As a Bar Attendant, your role is to ensure the bar area is always clean and tidy whilst creating, mixing, making and pouring both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests.Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following;? Maintaining full knowledge of the beverage menu and possess the ability to give detailed descriptions of all beverages, including an understanding of the wine list? Creating, pouring, mixing and making both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests? Ensuring beverage orders are correctly taken from guests and all orders are entered accurately into the Point of Sales System? Ensuring that all glassware and beverage items are properly stocked and inspected prior to service? Ensuring the bar area is always well maintained/clean at all times during service? Maximizing sales opportunities by suggesting beverage options and upselling to guests where appropriate.? Providing friendly, excellent customer service to all guests at all times
