Job Description

Urgent Requirement for an experienced Banquet Waiter for a well-known Luxury Hotel in Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities:
  • Present menu, offer recommendations and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies).
  • Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses.
  • Inform customers about the day?s specials and up-sell additional products.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders, using POS ordering software, order slips, or memorization.
  • Deliver checks and collect bill payments.
  • Keep tables tidy and at all times and carry dirty wares to the kitchen for cleaning.
  • Adhere to relevant health department rules/regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests.
