Job Description

The Banking & Payment Services Business Development will be responsible for expanding and optimizing banking relationships, payment solutions, and financial infrastructure to support the company?s trading activities in commodities, metals, banking, blockchain trading, cryptocurrencies, and financial services. This role involves identifying strategic partnerships, developing payment systems, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations to enhance transactional efficiency and global reach.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies for banking and payment services tailored to commodities trading, digital assets, and financial markets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, PSPs (Payment Service Providers), and fintech partners to facilitate secure transactions.
  • Identify and integrate payment processing solutions, including traditional banking, SWIFT, SEPA, crypto payments, and blockchain-based settlements.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with AML/KYC, PSD2, FATF, and other financial regulations.
  • Optimize cross-border payment solutions to enhance transaction speed, security, and cost efficiency.
  • Monitor and evaluate emerging trends in digital payments, DeFi, stablecoins, and CBDCs (Central Bank Digital Currencies).
  • Lead negotiations with financial partners, securing competitive transaction fees and liquidity solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline payment workflows, risk management, and financial reporting.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements to establish strategic partnerships.
