We are Billionaire Cookies, Dubai?s newest and tastiest cookie concept. Hand-crafted with cookie dough so rich in flavour, its like your tastebuds struck gold. Were on a mission to create a unique and memorable experience for cookie-lovers in Dubai. We make memories, share generously, source responsibly and commit to quality.We are seeking a highly motivated full-time Baker - or as we like to call it, Cookie Master - to join our team in Wasl Port Views, Dubai. You will take ownership of baking, orders and general kitchen operations.As Baker you will be a key member of the Billionaire Cookies team. Our ideal team member will be excited by the idea of building a new brand and making major waves in the cookie game.What youll be doing:Baking

  • Preparing, producing and baking delicious cookies.
  • Collaborating on new cookie recipes to add to showcase on our revolving menu.
Preparing Orders
  • Monitoring and completing orders through our delivery system.
  • Packaging, preparation and facilitating orders with delivery partners.
Kitchen Operations
  • Opening/closing the kitchen as required.
  • Monitoring and tracking kitchen supplies and inventory to ensure minimum waste.
  • Maintaining proper storage, refrigeration and replenishment of stock.
  • Supervising and training bakers.
Food Safety & Hygiene
  • Maintaining food safety and hygiene requirements at all times.
  • Ensuring pristine cleanliness of kitchen and equipment.
What youll need to succeed:Skills
  • Demonstrated baking expertise and skills.
  • Background effectively working in kitchens and bakeries.
  • Experience in supervising and training bakers.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Confidence in multi-tasking, planning and problem solving.
  • Proactive approach to taking initiative and decision making when required.
  • Attributes: adaptability, openness, high-energy, passionate.
Qualifications
  • Minimum High School Diploma required.
  • Bachelor?s Degree in food or bakery production/management advantageous.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of baking experience.
  • Own visa sponsorship is preferred.
