This is a contract role through ManpowerGroup - 12 months renewable contractPosition purpose: Bring to life the Clients global strategy by deploying the calendar of RRP B2C activities through solid consumer centric understanding, flawless consumer experiences and operational excellence.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESCore accountabilities:a) Work closely with retail ops teams by ensuring teams are equipped with the right tools to run activities.b) Collaborate with the Communication Deployment supervisor & support in the deployment of consumer facing activities such as collaterals, campaigns, product launches and promotional activitiesc ) Consistently track, consolidate & analyze consumer trends, performance of B2C activities & consumer insights in order to feed into consumer journey mapping and drive consumer channel performance & NPS1. Retail Operations Support - Manage contracts with 3rd party Agencies, tools of trade, systems and trainings. Work closely with B2C Managers and Airport leads to ensure that all planned activities are implemented effectively and superior customer experience across all touchpoints are met.2. Brand Content Deployment ? Support in the production and deployment of the content with external agencies and brief retail ops teams to ensure effective and timely deployment of all activities on the shop floor.3. Qualitative and Quantitative Activity Analysis ? Collaborate with key stakeholders, consolidate & analyze consumer trends, KPIs and activities. Assess & validate consumer journey plans and propose tools and solutions that will improve impact of activities.4. Budget & Resource Management - Manage budgets for DME expenses. Monitor expenditure vs. planned budget and propose corrective/ preventive initiatives in case of eventual deviations.5. Compliance ? Know and stay in compliance with the letter and spirit of the applicable laws, and standards of business conduct reflected in our Code of Conduct and Compliance Policies. Complete all required compliance trainings and work with the supervisor to determine what compliance risks may potentially be faced and seek to take training relevant to these areas
