What you ll be doingContributing to Customer Service in line with the servicemodel and quality standards of the Venue in order to ensure customersatisfaction, along with colleagues and the other functions of the outlet (WaiterHostess Kitchen Bar)Contributing to the tidiness and cleanliness of the Venuein order to preserve the Image of the Outlet and respect local health andsafety regulations.?Guaranteeingthe preparation of the outlet?Contributingto the tidying up and cleaning of the outlet and of the Back of the House?Contributingto the proper delivery of service?Checkcompleted kitchen orders and deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuringaccuracy and timeliness.?Provideefficient and courteous service of food and beverages to all guests and ensurethat guest expectations are met or exceeded.?Communicatewith the chefs and other team members ensuring all standards are met withattention to detail.?Servingthe right dishes to the right Customers [following the Customer positions] atthe right tab le, naming each dishwhile serving it and explaining it.?Helpingthe waiter if required?Guaranteeingto the Barman the service of dishes for lunch/dinner at the bar?Assistin clearing, cleaning and setup of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass andsilver for service in an unobtrusive manner.?Assistin stocking linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service; assist inpreparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages.?Preparethe mise en place and maintains the operating equipment to ensure smooth andefficient service.?Assistin the breakdown, cleaning and set-up of food on stage.?Maintaina good knowledge of the menu and be able to assist guests with menu items in aninformative and helpful way.?Anticipateguest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respondurgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.?Contributingto closing operations?Guaranteeingthe tidying up operations at the end of the evening?Guaranteeingthe cleaning operations at the end of the evening?Contributingto the compliance with Image standards and health and safety regulations?Guaranteeingcontinuously to maintain the venue tidy and clean?Respectingbehaviour guidelines?Respectingthe weekly planning?Beingpresent at one s workplace at any time?Respectingcontract regulations and health and safety provisions?Tobe fully conversant with all Food and Beverage policies and procedures.?Attenddaily briefing and get a handover from the previous shift?Ableto work any shift that is assigned to him/her by Management or Supervisor?Performany other duties that may be assigned to him/her?Reportsand handles all complaints, concerns or special requests of guests.?Work harmoniously and professionallywith co-workers and supervisors.What we re looking for? Standing,sitting or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professionalappearance in a clean uniform are also required.
