Three Months Paid Internship (may lead to Full-Time position).Duties and responsibilities

Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
Select vendors and products following a strict and impartial evaluation of price, quality, delivery and services, in consultation with immediate supervisor or higher management and in accordance with company policy.
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
Review quality of purchased products.
Coordinate with suppliers for on-time spares supply and logistics.
Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
Track orders and ensure delivery to the correct location in a timely manner.
Updating and maintaining records of all orders, delivery information and invoices.
Maintain records of companies, suppliers and representatives.
Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses, and the daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
