Maintain all Audio-Video related equipment of the hotel in good condition at all times.Arrange AV equipment as per requirement of ballroom and meeting rooms.Check and maintain music in outlets and public areas.Attend to repairs of electronic equipment in the hotel.Maintain record of TVs and AV equipment installed in guest rooms and other areas.Work on maintenance request from all departments.Ensure routine servicing of electronic equipment as per PPM.Check on performance of projectors and other AV equipment installed in the hotel.Cooperate with all engineering staff and function set-up.Strict control on tools, spare parts and inventory.Maintain record of daily activities in log book.Report important observation to the Supervisor and Chief Engineer.Inform Chief Engineering about new or additional requirement.Work will be performed under normal and emergency conditions as and when necessary.All works are to be carried out as per the country s technical regulations and safety standards.
