Act as the primary administrator of the division?s digital signage network. Use company signage platform to schedule and configure digital signs and interactive digital kiosksCoordinate and manage artworks upload and campaigns. Work closely with Sales and Design department to execute the workVerify all the artworks given by the client and based on booked locationsAmend the artwork dimensions and coordinate with design team if neededTroubleshoot Digital signage hardware, software related issuesConfigure, install, and maintain Digital signage systemsComputer hardware assembling/installation/pc configuration (windows). Replace faulty elements (media players, routers, LED Screens)Extract and Create campaign reports and proof of play upon client requestManagement of suppliers in relation to DOOH project implementation, support, and maintenanceCarry out weekly preventative checks, ensuring all Digital Signage equipment functions correctlyTrack and report the resolution of each maintenance visit to the direct managerFollowing standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams or supplierMaintains the LAN/WAN configuration technology and IT System SupportDevelop technical processes to keep screens, DMPs (Digital Media Player) & routers onlineGuarantee system availability/performance/security & meet business expectations of delivering contents to each screen
