Job Description

Our Profile - Google 2point0 ConceptsThe RoleWe are looking for someone passionate about technology to assist in estimation of audio-visual projects.As an AV Estimator you would be expected to:Primary

  • Responsible for working with our Sales team and Project Managers to create estimates for AV Projects.
  • Evaluate drawings, site surveys, existing estimates, site conditions and other available materials and help determine the project cost estimate.
  • Estimate material and equipment costs to a level of detail matching the design documents.
  • Review tender documents from architects to estimate for design packages.
  • Identifies cost trends to assist management in cost reduction and process improvement efforts.
  • Organize sales materials for the sales team ensuring that they are equipped with necessary documentation printed etc.
  • Update CRM database to ensure that all information is current and relevant, run CRM reports to help with internal sales meeting and help management perform analysis with results found in reports
Secondary
  • Perform competitor analysis to ensure that as a company we are staying ahead of the curve with sales and marketing activity
  • Explore new business avenues to see if there are routes to market in other technology sectors
  • Research potential opportunities for the company looking into avenues for where we could develop new relationships
  • Set up appointments for Sales Team to deliver CPD Presentations to Architects, Interior Designers & other property professionals by calling contacts that exist within our CRM database
  • Liaise with finance department to ensure that expenses from sales meetings/presentations are quickly and efficiently dealt with
