Additionally, we offer financing options through co-buying, streamlining the transaction process for their dealer partners.We are currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified Automotive Operations Coordinator to join team and support our growing network of dealers.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to ensure sales and purchase targets are achieved.Coordinate car purchase and sale transactions through the RTA.Maintain accurate and timely reporting, both online and offline.Conduct monthly audits of dealer stock, including vehicle condition and inventory checks.Onboard new dealers and ensure a seamless integration into our processes.Provide operational support to dealers, including documentation collection and verification.Liaise with banks to manage LPOs, cheques, and deposits.Monitor payment deadlines and ensure timely follow-up with banks and cheques.Manage vehicle repossession and resale when necessary.Oversee sales timelines, ensuring vehicles are marketed, priced, and prepared effectively to prevent stagnation.
