Roles & Responsibilities of the Operational Manager Ensuring the successful and effective management of the operations of D Luxe Lube, along withmanaging the needs of the stakeholder. The Operations Manager is expected to analyze space and employee requirements and monitor process workflow, and to ensure that a safe and healthy work environment is maintained.úÿDesign, manage and improve strategic and operational objectives;úÿEnsure all operations within Lube are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way in line with the vision and mission of the D Luxe brand;úÿEffective management of stakeholder communication and needs;úÿImprove operational management systems, processes and implement best practices in the industry;úÿImprove profitability of the operations through strategies covering pricing strategies, cost efficiencies, enhanced customer experience and improved footfall;úÿTimely identification, assessment and evaluation of risks to the Lube operations and proposing recommendations for risk treatment;úÿOversee purchasing, inventory management and warehouse efficiency;úÿSupport the organization?s processes remain legally compliant;úÿManage budgets and forecasts for Lube operations;úÿImplement controls to monitor the quality assurance objectives;úÿImplement and monitor service KPIs;úÿImplement innovative ways to enhance quality of customer service and satisfaction;úÿIdentify and propose training needs of staff;úÿTroubleshoot and resolve customer concerns;úÿProblem-Solve and resolve daily operational challenges through consistent monitoring to ensure compliance with safety and security regulations and standard operating procedures; andúÿSupport the group Finance & HR function with documentation requirements and reporting requirements.
