Job Description

Leading Manufacturing Company is hiring for Automotive Chassis Engineers for their Dubai Office.To be successful in this role you must have strong years of experience within the Chassis Assembly line with Chassis Manufacturing Division.Position 1. Chassis Design ManagerExperienced in Solid Works simulation and Fatigue Analysis, Load Calculation verification, Expert in heavy duty truck Design, accurate estimation for engineering activities. Handles the Design Team and distribute the Design Activities as per work load, ensures that key projects and engineering duties are fulfilled, solving any engineering issue that comes up in a project, answering technical questions, training new employees, working with various other departments, prepares reports on the progress of any project, problem solving, addresses any problems/concerns that comes up.Position 2.R&D Design Engineer

  • Will be responsible for research and development in the areas of trucks design for the manufacture of future generations of trucks. The position will involve applying and extending the latest understanding of the mobility technology to meet the challenges of the fast development of trucks market
  • Responsibilities may include:
  • Lead new designs and materials with the Design Team, Application and development of material and process analysis and monitoring metrology, Identification and deployment of advanced technologies and designs for truck?s components, Manage the execution of new designs and material requirements, analyzing test data obtained from these prototypes and providing feedback and design learning to the team, Application and development of test strategies and methods
Position 3. Hydraulic Design EngineerShould have knowledge in hydraulic system design (fitting standard, component selection, flow calculation), familiar with Electro Hydraulic Steering system.Position 4. Power Pack Design EngineerGood knowledge in finalizing scope of supply of engine, transmission, transferring case, axle, and cooling system. Understanding the SAE Standard requirement for Power Pack integration.Position 5. Suspension Design EngineerAble to do calculation for suspension parts (coil spring, bump stop, torque rod, v-links) and steering system calculation (links, torque requirement, Fatigue Analysis, Load Calculation).Position 6. Frame Design EngineerWith technical knowledge of chassis structures, frame, cross member, casting, and all the types of bracket, Develop design solutions using SolidWorks, Support design activities on major vehicle projects and production issues, Release and maintain engineering drawings and BOM using engineering processes, Deliver technical solutions through calculation, design & development.
