Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Polisher to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As an Auto Polisher, you will be responsible for restoring the appearance of vehicles by polishing and detailing them to a high standard. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and a deep knowledge of different polishing techniques and tools.Responsibilities:

  1. Inspect vehicles for scratches, dents, and other imperfections
  2. Prepare vehicles for polishing by washing and drying them
  3. Remove dirt, grease, and old wax from vehicle surfaces
  4. Apply polishing compound to vehicle surfaces using appropriate tools
  5. Buff and polish vehicle surfaces to achieve a smooth and glossy finish
  6. Apply protective coatings and waxes to enhance and maintain the polished finish
  7. Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work area
  9. Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required
  10. Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements in polishing techniques and products
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience as an Auto Polisher
  2. Proven knowledge of different polishing techniques and tools
  3. Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
  4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  5. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  6. Ability to work well in a team environment
  7. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  8. Flexibility to work on different types of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and motorcycles
  9. Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to use personal protective equipment
