Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Auto Leather Supervisor to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As an Auto Leather Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and installation of automotive leather interiors. You will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive leather production and installation, as well as strong leadership and project management skills.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the production and installation of automotive leather interiors, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  2. Supervise a team of leather technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
  3. Coordinate with clients to understand their specific requirements and ensure that all projects meet their expectations.
  4. Source and order materials, equipment, and tools needed for leather production and installation.
  5. Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed in the production and installation process.
  6. Maintain accurate records of production and installation activities, including materials used, labor hours, and project costs.
  7. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production or installation, providing solutions and ensuring minimal disruption to the project.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automotive leather production and installation techniques.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive leather production and installation.
  2. Strong leadership and project management skills.
  3. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Knowledge of different types of automotive leather and their properties.
