Liaise with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other authorities to obtain all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals for construction projects.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant regulations, building codes, and zoning laws.
Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that designs and plans comply with all regulatory requirements.
Review construction documents and plans to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Prepare and submit applications for permits and approvals, including responding to any requests for additional information or documentation.
Maintain accurate records of all permits, licenses, and approvals, and ensure that all necessary renewals and extensions are obtained on time.
Participate in meetings with government agencies and other stakeholders to discuss and resolve any issues related to permits or approvals.
Provide guidance and support to internal teams and external consultants on regulatory and compliance issues.
Monitor and track regulatory changes and update internal teams on any new requirements or regulations that may affect construction projects.
