Understand how the client business operates as a whole including the financial transactions that are central to the organization?s activities? As primary contact on the audit, Interface with client companies being audited and ensure the accuracy of and delivery of all audit related document requests? Undertaking work at client?s premises and to deliver high quality audit and assurance service, including preparing and reviewing audit plans and work? Lead client audit engagements, which include planning executing, directing, and completing financial audits? Performs detailed analysis of all audit related information and conducts audit related meetings and client relations for all assigned audits? Perform fieldwork on assigned clients, assist the management with the setting of budgets and pricing, scheduling audits, selecting staff, assigning workloads and to develop the audit strategy? Supervise an audit engagement team and manages the productivity of that team including team work, quality, accuracy, meeting deadlines, analysis, and reporting? Review staffs draft reports, provide feedback timely and prepare accurate, effective, well-written audit reports for management review? Prepare the required monthly reports, analysis for external project reporting, and drafts final deliverables to the Firm?s clients? Communicates the status of audits to the companies under audit, the Company principals, and clients, both verbally and in writing? Controls the quality and consistency of the assignments and consolidates information where necessary? IFRS Compliance Checks and preparation of related checklists? Proactively develop staff through meaningful on-the-job training and create a work environment for effective teamwork and continue to understand and value differences amount team members? Participate in the candidate interview process, performance management reviews and prepare evaluations and recommendations to the management
