The job holder will be required to perfume the below duties:Site Inspection, site installations, and Customer/Custodian trainingInspect site for ATM installationMake sure the site meets ATM requirementsInstall ATM as per bank requirementsTrain customer/custodian on how to use new ATMATM handler Hardware & software supportAttend to service calls within agreed SLA times.Provide technical service for hardware and software on-site.Provide technical phone support services for CIT and custodians.Analyze and diagnose ATM/Cheque handler faults.Prevent repeated failures, increase first-time fixes.Increase uptimePerform ATM Preventive maintenance as per PM planEnsure all assigned PM work is done within the required timeframe.Coordinate with the service desk and CIT for PM appointment times.Perform preventative maintenance as per Wincor standards.Test ATM after PM work ensures no faults with the ATM.Coordinate & communicate for service callsCoordinate with the service desk and team leader on availability.Arrange service call times within SLA.Update the service desk on call progress/resolution.Communicate with team leader any difficulties/delays faced in the field.Ensure all assigned service calls are updated correctly.
