Associate/Senior Associate, Strategic Finance Global / Full-time Onsite or Remote / Finance & Administration Responsibilities - Lead critical finance and strategy initiatives across the BUs (eg Spot, NFT, Futures, Earn etc)- Influence the leadership team on business performance, market investment strategies, resource allocation, and risks/opportunities- Develop and monitor critical success metrics, and communicate actionable insights to relevant stakeholders- Lead strategic and financial planning processes such as business forecasting and goal-setting- Build relationships and collaborate with leaders across BUs and Finance team to find solutions to challenges- Drive continuous process improvement, standardization, simplification and reporting enhancements- Build and own scenario models for in-depth analyses, as well as ensure their quality, timeliness, and accuracyRequirements - 4-8 years of relevant experience, including experience in a professional services environment (e.g. management consulting, investment banking, Big 4 accounting) and/or in an FP&A or strategic finance role at a large technology company- Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration are preferred major fields- Analytical problem solver with extensive experience building complex financial and/or operating models- Ability to craft executive-level presentations and develop succinct narratives outlining the key points of a deliverable and next step action items- Demonstrated abilities to ask the right questions and to use sound business judgment when collaborating with a wide-range of stakeholders- Proven proclivity for quickly identifying and methodically resolving potential road-blocks- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a willingness to proactively work with functions across the company, including board membersPrivacy Preference Center Manage Consent PreferencesAlways Active
