Our client is a Semi Government Financial Services company. We are looking for a Digital Gowth consultant.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES? Develop plans & execute customer acquisition and retention strategies tailored to target customer base focusing on conversion rates, sales and customer retention typical to those in the ecommerce sectors.? Apply marketing analytics to identify segments, boost sales and increase engagement.? Analyze existing and past campaigns and find opportunities to optimize the campaigns, audiences or customer segments to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.? Plan, Execute and Measure marketing campaigns to optimize customer engagement and retention leveraging various marketing channels such as digital advertising, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media.? Review and measure digital & marketing KPI?s for continuous improvement.? Collaborate with peers to define customer segments and align on growth strategies.? Configure systems, tools, and processes to support sales growth and effective marketing through data-driven initiatives.
