Job Description

This is a 5-month contract role starting in September to cover maternity leave. You will need a minimum of one year?s experience in Market Surveillance, AML & Candi within a bank or regulatory body within the UAE. Experience of UAE AML rules. The below is a brief job description, a complete description will be shared with successful applications.Description:

  • Effective management of regulatory and compliance matters in support of business objectives
  • Ensure the AML policies and procedures are reviewed and up to date
  • Assist in the preparation of MLRO reports as well as ad hoc reports
  • Provide real time surveillance
  • Prepare internal surveillance investigation reports on potential market misconduct
  • CANDI ? maintain the operation of company announcements system used for regulatory disclosures
  • Operates according to its regulatory and complication obligations including Data Protection
