Job Roles

  • Develop and design the Organizational structure
  • Maintain and continually update the organizational functions
  • Maintain and continually update the organizational policies
  • Maintain and continually update the organizational procedures and manuals
  • Design and optimize processes/services using latest technology tools that can enhance operational effectiveness
  • Update the processes in the related software based on the process changes arising from the process improvement
  • Study the impact of the improvements and communicate, pilot and standardize the changes
  • Undertake any improvement assignment that may be requested from senior management
  • Conduct presentations to the Leadership Team on organizational functions, policies and process improvement achievements and audit findings
  • Identify the best practices with regards to the organizational functions, policies, and processes
