Reporting to the Senior Manager Hospitality, the job purpose of the Hospitality Associate is to support the Hospitality Team by performing administrative duties related to the planning, directing and coordinating of both the administrative and organizational activities of the department. The role will include engagement and interaction with both internal and external stakeholders, working closely with the Official Hotel and Hospitality partner and Expo 2020 functional areas to support the successful delivery of the Hospitality Programme specifically related to event time operations at Expo 2020.The main responsibilites of the role include:- Coordinate meetings, manage schedules and travel arrangement for the Hospitality Team, supports team on logistics, preparation requirements, follow-up and recordkeeping;- Support the Concessions wider team ensuring supporting documentation is updated, distributed and ready for each appointment;- Prepare and maintain any necessary reports and presentations;-? Liaise with other internal departments to provide the service most suitable to the Concessions team requirements and needs;- Efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner;- Ensure brand standards are used correctly on all correspondence and assist the team to ensure brand standards are adhered to serve as a collaborative and supportive team member;- Be a team player, share experiences and knowledge with colleagues across functional areas/contractors to ensure effective communication and learnings are established;- Assisting with the recruiting and on boarding of future team members.
