The role of the Associate Graphic Designer is to develop high quality visual assets that will support the Mascot team?s outreach and engagement activities, as well as engaging collateral that will serve as tangible touch points and initiatives across the nation. The Junior Graphic Designer will work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer to deliver the requested assets.The main responsibilites of the role include:- Design, create and deliver high quality and engaging visual communications, including (but not limited to) graphic design, illustration graphics, digital screens design, presentations, and moodboards;?- Be a source of visual content within the team as well as design, create and deliver high quality visual content for social media use;- Ensure that creative content reflects the specified messaging and is relevant to the specified Mascot audience;?- Collaborate with different departments and team members and participate in brainstorming sessions and share ideas on how to deliver in the most effective and engaging way;?- Show flexibility and a strong ability to deliver high quality work under pressure and to firm deadlines;?- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and internal processes;?- Show good knowledge of design trends, current and future, and provide guidance where necessary on best practice and emerging trends;?- Deliver from concept to final delivery such as print and digital assets.?
