About the teamThe demand growth team at Careem is responsible for powering the growth of Careems super app customer base, transactions and GMV by harvesting the rich data Careem has on its customers and driving activation, graduation, cross sell and retention journeys for the platform. This is a central team that takes a platform view of the customer and at the same time works closely with the verticals to help deliver their growth objectives. The team also collaborates with the growth platform product team to continuously evolve our product capabilities that drive the growth machine at scale and for all our cities in the region.
