Our Client:?

  • A regional advisory firm with a substantial footprint in the consulting business across the GCC region.
Your Role:?
  • Manages one or more Management Consulting engagements.
  • Provides technical knowledge, coaching and training to junior team members.
  • Ensures effective engagement management by achieving the required realization, revenue and profitability targets.
  • Participate in day-to-day management of team on engagements including coaching, providing constructive feedback and performance development.
  • This role also has an important component of business development, revenue generation and building networks as part of the KPIs.
