The purpose of this position is to monitor and control the supply chain management for all supported consumer channels and make sure system configuration are implemented on time to avoid any sales transaction issues.Device instalment plan responsibilities1.ÿÿÿMaintain availability of devices in DSP2.ÿÿÿStocks replenishment in POS (Stocks management)3.ÿÿÿManages and extracts orders from CRM4.ÿÿÿAssign orders to courier and creates airway bill for delivery5.ÿÿÿReal time update of delivery status in CRM and sharepoint6.ÿÿÿPerform sales transaction of delivered handsets / sims in wincash, closing on daily basis7.ÿÿÿGuides the courier for basic troubleshooting during delivery8.ÿÿÿCoordination with IT for technical issues encountered during the delivery9.ÿÿÿAttend email inquiries from Direct Channel (retail, roadshow, franchise, du express), social media and other internal groups in du10. ÿCoordination with marketing and warehouse to resolve issues regarding inventories and pricing11. ÿWhatsapp support with courier during deliveries12. ÿCoordination with customers whenever required
