Assistant Waiter / WaitressJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities :•Be passionate about maintaining a service standard that embraces time as the ‘new’ luxury and therefore delivers ‘FIVE-style’ service in a timely manner to the highest level of expectation - all while having fun with the FIVE Vibe•Business Development skills are essential - personnel must have commercial savvy abilities in order to be able to identify opportunities to sell and upsell with guests, while keeping in mind FIVE policies.•Support the smooth running of the venue, where all aspects of the guest’s Food & Beverage service experience are considered ‘FIVE-star’ all the way•Work as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a helpful and timely response to guest enquiries.•Thorough knowledge of all of FIVE’s venues, menus, events and assorted guest offerings in order to assist guests at every opportunity.•Take ownership of guest concerns, requests, and act decisively in order to ensure guest approval.•Always be aware of guest preferences and assist in compiling guest history to offer a unique and personalised service, at all times.•Ability to aptly process billing and related payments and adhere to all established control procedures for the same.
