About The RoleAs an Assistant, Talent Acquisition you will support the Talent Acquisition Team with the candidate onboarding journey across your specific allocated divisions within the resort. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with your candidates, working closely with the Administrators to onboard candidates in a timely manner to ensure minimal headcount impact on the operations. About YouOur ideal candidate will have a strong background within a high volume administration environment, preferably in hospitality, retail, aviation or tourism. You should have a stable career background with a minimum of 1 years administration, preferably in the UAE. This role will be a temporary position to support the ongoing recruitment for Atlantis, The Palm and the opening of Atlantis, The Royal.
