We are looking for a natural self-starter who demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilities, can focus on, and execute, tasks with a sharp eye for detail. An outgoing, people-friendly personality with an ability to think on your feet during changing situations is also essential. Youll work closely with the management team to develop constantly evolving service goals.Key Responsibilities* Will be responsible for taking the lead in driving an increase in business across all FIVE outlets * Set an example by reporting to duty punctually wearing business attire according to FIVEs dress code and grooming standards, maintaining a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times * Provide a professional and courteous service at all times and ensure that all employees of the assigned outlet follow the set example * Ensure that the place of work and surrounding areas are kept clean and organized at all times * Inspire the team to execute the highest level of service standards at all times * Understand the concept(s) of the outlet(s) thoroughly and train all employees of the outlet(s) in regards to the concept(s) * Set a sterling example in terms of service, products and knowledge to the team, that reflects the concept(s) of the outlet(s) * Organize tastings of daily dishes and new menus * Be knowledgeable of the existing POS systems * Lead the outlet(s) efficiently in cost and expenses, constantly delivering the highest quality of F&B services, as well as driving high top line revenue and profit results * Assist in the preparation of the outlets budget * Monitor operating supplies and equipment and reduce spoilage and wastage successfully * Establish a pool of qualified and trained full and part time employees in conjunction with FIVEs People Services Department * Conduct daily pre-shift meetings with team members on preparation, guest profiles, services to be performed and menus served * Handle guest enquiries and complaints in the outlet(s) in a courteous and efficient manner and report to the Head of Department / Assistant Head of Department ensuring that an effective follow-up is performed with the concerned guests * Efficient up-selling for all items offered by the department to be assured * Conduct monthly inventory of operating supplies and equipment together with the stewarding department RequirementsWhat Were Looking For* Hands-on approach and flexibility with a can-do work attitude * Commitment to delivering exceptional F&B services with a passion * Minimum of 2 years experience at a senior management level, from a hospitality / restaurant background (UAE experience desirable) * Strong leadership and management skills * The ability to build and maintain positive and effective relationships * Strong project management, budget and time management skills and an ability to work under pressure and within set deadlines * Systemized and profitable mindset * Previous experience with Italian venue and Italian nationality will be preferred. * Ability to find creative solutions while taking ownership for all duties and tasks assigned * Teamwork-orientedBenefitsRewards At Work!
