Job Description

  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training staff members, including servers, kitchen staff, and front-of-house employees.
  • Help oversee the setup of the restaurant, ensuring all equipment, supplies, and materials are in place for a smooth opening including coordinating with suppliers, ensuring inventory management is in place, and assisting in the development of SOP for the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Ensure the team is well-versed in menu items to deliver excellent guest experiences and proper food presentation
  • Overseeing service quality, addressing any guest concerns, and maintaining a positive atmosphere while building a loyal customer base for the restaurant.
