Provide leadership and direction towards the achievement of goals and objectives set by company
Ensure that the store operations and brand guidelines are adhered to as required by the company
Ensure all products delivered to the customers are as per brand standards.
Must be able to handle customer queries/complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.
Able to confidently hold Briefings, set targets and conduct performance evaluations for his team
Foster a positive working environment, promoting teamwork and be a hands on role model
Must maintain optimum stock levels to ensure smooth running of operations to cater customer demands.
Must ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
