  • Supervise FOH Team on a daily basis to ensure that they are following restaurant policies and procedures as well as following employee scheduling and disciplinary issues
  • Ensure customers receive excellent service and are satisfied with their dining experience and handle customer complaints to resolve any issues promptly
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, monitoring food and beverage costs, and tracking inventory levels
  • Help restaurant manager with budget planning, cost analysis, and other financial responsibilities
  • Responsible for ensuring that the food and beverages meet the restaurants quality standards, and that they are prepared and presented correctly
  • Lead the team to follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene practices
