Job Description

Job Overview:As an Assistant Quality Control Manager, you have to assist and control all quality control activities (Hygiene, sanitation etc) in accordance with identified quality assurance standards, company procedures, client specifications and contract requirements. You must assist in production of generic and project specific Method Statements and Risk Assessments.Job Responsibilities:

  • To carry out daily inspections on the premises to ensure all stakeholders are adhering to regulation safety standards.
  • To periodically check functionality and optimization of all appliances on the premises and troubleshoot if the need arises.
  • Assist and direct sanitization team and ensure they are following strict safety standards.
  • Provide support and investigation when clients raise complaints about food quality related matters.
  • To contribute and ensure that Kitopi operations are fully supported.
  • Enforce a strict compliance to Dubai municipality codes in the work place.
  • To play a supportive role in any new initiatives or expansion plans that require implementation of kitchen appliances.
  • To manage and oversee kitchen staff shift schedules.
  • To handle the Quality Control operations in the absence of the Quality Control Manager
