Assistant Purchase ManagerJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities :•Assist in managing the hotels purchasing and procurement activities.•Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure quality and cost efficiency.•Create and process purchase orders through IDS software.•Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels for all departments.•Coordinate with stores and department heads for material requirements.•Ensure timely delivery of goods and verify quality and quantity upon receipt.•Maintain proper records of all purchase transactions and supplier details.•Support the Purchase Manager in vendor evaluation and cost analysis.•Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and standards.•Prepare and update daily/weekly purchase reports.Required Skills & Qualifications•Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.•2–3 years of experience in hotel or hospitality purchasing.•Proficiency in IDS software is mandatory.•Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.•Attention to detail with good analytical and reporting abilities.•Knowledge of inventory control and cost management.Pay: AED3, AED5,000.00 per month
