Job Description

For a Group of Companies dealing with Asset Management and Trading in HVAC items, are looking for an Assistant Public relations officer to perform the works related to visa, employment contracts, management of tenants and their contracts, attestation of documents, etc

  • Arranging visa, labor contracts and other documents of employees
  • Keeping track of visa expiry dates, and renewing the visas as per management approval
  • Liaising with government authorities for swift approval
  • Preparing tenancy contracts, and following up with tenants for renewal before expiry
  • Liaising with lawyers on the cases related to the company and follow up
  • Applying for visas and any documents for the directors of the company and their family
  • Keeping the records update related to employees, directors, and their families
  • Travelling out of UAE for work related to sister concerns
  • Translating documents from Arabic to English or vice versa
  • Liaising with property management companies for issues related with rental, maintenance etc
