  • Coordinate and assist Operation Head with overall planning and execution for marketing budget, brand management, product management, marketing, promotions and Sales
  • Suggest and implement policies and strategic decisions, best fit for the business operations and tasks management for the team
  • Track, follow up, coordinate and review of work progress of each projects
  • Work closely with Merchandising teams to ensure products arrive on time and Customer Care Team?to ensure clients feel they are taken cared of
  • Monitor HR and Accounts team performance and needs for targets and deadlines to meet
