Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Network Maintenance:
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Perform routine network performance tuning and optimization.
  1. Security:
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining network security measures to protect against cyber threats.
  • Monitor network security and respond to security incidents and breaches.
  1. Support:
  • Provide technical support to end-users for network-related issues.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and support of network equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Respond to service tickets and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  1. Documentation:
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Assist in creating user guides and training materials for staff.
  1. Project Assistance:
  • Support the Senior Network Administrator in network-related projects.
  • Participate in network upgrades and expansions.
  • Assist in evaluating new technologies and tools to improve network efficiency.
  1. Compliance:
  • Ensure that network operations comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in conducting network audits and assessments.
