Media Operations, a department within Communications, is responsible for providing all the services and facilities the accredited media need to do their jobs, both when on the Expo site and when working remotely. This includes all the planning and preparation in advance of the Event.?The TV News Crew, a team within Media Operations, produces video/audio content required by the Communications department.?The ?Assistant Manager, Videography? reports to the ?Senior Manager, TV News Crew (Producer/Director)?, and will assist in the production of Expo 2020 video/audio content for distribution and use by international media outlets in a technical capacityThe main responsibilities of the role include:-?Study the planning documents and content brief;- Ensure that the recorded content meets the team?s guidelines in terms of quality, format, lighting, composition;- Build a site and off-site stock footage library;- Edit media into requested content;- Liaise with other teams regarding their media assets;- Apply graphics, color and audio requirements. Audio mixing may be outsourced at a later date;- Ensure that media assets are easy to access and transfer upon request.
