They are looking to hire an experienced Assistant Manager to oversee the performance of the systems within shared servicesDescriptionProactively assist the line manager with identifying new opportunities to drive continuous process improvementsEvaluate the shared services systems performance to ensure that they are operating in an efficient manner and subsequently, assess new opportunities to drive system improvementsConsistently oversee shared services processes to ensure that they adhere to business needsAssess and gauge the performance of existing systems across the shared service function.
