Assistant Manager ? RetailJob Location : UAERequirements :?Assistant Manager shall be responsible for sales and collection targets in the given territory for retail outlets.?Should have experience in handling Company Showrooms and their staff in United Arab Emirates.?Should have worked with products like mattresses, bed frames, bed accessories, or home appliances.?Should be a graduate with man-management skills.?Should have at least 10 years experience in managing a retail showroom and thereafter supervising a group of showrooms.?Should have the ability to conduct training programs, identifying new locations for Company Showrooms, designing promotional campaigns, etc.?Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical skills and attention to details.?Should be good with numbers and shall be able to provide suggestions on increasing business.?Good English (written & verbal), Arabic is a plus.
