Job Description

Job Purpose:The job holder is responsible to provide leadership and strategic management to Emaar?s Property Handover by ensuring successful implementation of agreed policies and procedures including the pre ? delivery inspection and handing over of properties, publishing of homeowner?s manual, and ensuring documentation and day-to-day enquiries of customers are completed within agreed timelines and within operational/ capital budgets.Key Accountabilities:Works collaboratively and cooperatively as a member of the company?s Property Handover team and in particular:

  • Manage all department processes including pre-delivery inspections of units, customer home orientations, snag rectifications, handovers and all related projects including all major customer-related issues and gives suggestions for improvements
  • Escalate any sensitive or complex customer service-related issues to the management to ensure that the company can take appropriate measures to remedy the situation and/or provide appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure that other departments like Projects, Legal, Development, Finance and Projects are well informed about customer-related issues that may need their specific input and as such may take appropriate measures or provide appropriate information and solutions.
  • Inform and advise Customers of latest and/or updated information on the status of their properties, any changes in the schedule of the construction of their properties including but not limited to pre-delivery inspection, deficiency rectification, key handover and the handover process.
  • Develop and publish the Homeowner?s Manual and related documentation.
  • Advise and update management regularly of all processes by producing business review reports and other related reports.
  • Implement strategies, policies and procedures for the department and ensure coordination between customers, contractors and the maintenance team.
  • Reviews and updates fact sheets, notices, policies and procedures based on the department?s master plan.
  • Monitors the payments and issues related to utility connections for all residential units.
  • Ensures continuous co-ordination with governmental authorities in respect to issues arising out of utility connections.
  • Assists Senior Manager in defining KPI?s and MBO?s and monitors their progress regularly.
?Job Context:?The incumbent will be required to manage a team of 10-15 personnel and will be required to have hands on approach to resolving customer issues through organising/ attending meetings with customers, contractor, consultants and escalate complex issue to management and ensure customer satisfaction levels are met at all times.?
