Assistant Manager - ProductionJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:•Assist in planning, organizing, and directing manufacturing and fabrication processes.•Supervise production team leaders and operators (e.g., welders, fabricators, digital printers, installers).•Monitor production schedules and workflows to meet project deadlines.•Implement and enforce strict quality control checks throughout the production process.•Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.•Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on the production floor.•Coordinate with the Purchase and Project Management departments to ensure material availability.•Train and mentor production staff on new techniques and equipment.Requirements:•Bachelors degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or Business Management.•Minimum 5 years of experience in a production supervisory role within the signage, fabrication, or a related manufacturing industry.•Strong knowledge of signage materials (acrylics, metals, LEDs, vinyl) and fabrication techniques (welding, CNC routing, printing).
